All repairs (excluding frame repairs, resprays and suspension services for which we use the relevant service centre) are dealt with in our own workshop. We repair and service any make of cycle subject to parts availability.
How long does it take?
Our workshop operates on a rotation system, this means that once your bike is booked in with us it will be added into the list of current repairs.
We work through this list sequentially so the time your repair will take is dependant on how many other repairs we have in at the time of booking. Therefore repairs are likely to be completed quicker during the week than at the weekend when the shop is at its busiest. Dropping bikes in to us earlier in the day is usually condusive to a shorter completion time.
Repairs can take anything from half a day to ten days to be completed, this is dependant on current work load and availability of required parts. It's always worth contacting us to enquire about turnaround times if you are in need of an express repair, where possible we will endeavour to meet you requirments.
Why not consider dropping your cycle in for its pre season service during the autumn, winter or early spring to beat the longer turnaround during summer.
